Delivery Method and Charges
 
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. For security reason, all orders require a signature upon receipt. We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
 

Hong Kong
We will use either local courier service or Hongkong Post. We offer free delivery services for orders over HKD150.

Macao, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and Japan
We will use either local courier service. We offer free delivery services for orders over HKD500.

International
For all other countries, orders are normally delivered within 7-14 days.  Please refer to the delivery cost upon checkout out.
  
  
General 

The delivery times provided are for reference only. Please do not take into account the possible delays caused by confirmation of payments.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs declarations and clearance, unforeseen weather conditions and other delays that may be caused by the delivery service provider.

Any customs duties or taxes imposed during the importation of goods will be billed to the customer. 

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be revised or cancelled. We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.

We attempt to provide you with the best service possible. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us for special arrangements.

If the products we delivered to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@anoukliving.com.
